Smart pet feeder OEM / ODM — camera feeders developed for your brand
A feeder runs every day, so a feeder that works is a feeder that is reordered. We develop camera feeders and plain app-controlled feeders: dispensing mechanics tuned against real kibble, jam detection that can be trusted, and the app and cloud behind them. Our camera feeder runs embedded Linux with an on-device NPU, so pet tracking and multi-pet recognition happen on the feeder itself.
Who usually works with us
You run a pet brand
You sell food, accessories or care products and want a smart device in your line. We supply hardware, app and cloud; the brand and the customer stay yours.
You sell on Amazon or your own store
You have found a product category that sells and want your own design, not the same listing as everyone else.
You already have an app or a design
You need hardware and firmware that fits your app, or engineering and production for a design you own. Each layer can be quoted alone.
You are replacing a supplier
Quality, firmware support or delivery has let you down and you want a team that owns the whole stack.
What decides whether it ships
AI that runs on the feeder
Pet tracking and multi-pet recognition on an on-device NPU mean fast response, no dependence on the network and no video sent to the cloud for recognition. It also keeps the running cost low.
Linux is hard in a consumer product
Boot time, power, thermals, camera and NPU drivers and years of secure updates all have to work. We have done it before, so the platform is not a research project.
Several pets, one bowl
Recognising which pet is eating lets the feeder give each its own portion and hold back for the wrong one, which is what multi-pet homes actually want.
Kibble is not a standard part
Size, shape, oil and humidity change how food flows. We tune dispensing against the foods your customers actually buy.
Jams and empty hoppers
A missed meal is the failure owners remember. Jam detection, low-food alerts and battery backup keep meals on schedule.
Camera, privacy and cloud
A camera feeder streams video. Storage, subscription and privacy features are decided before the first sample.
Food-contact materials
Bowls and hoppers touch food. Materials and approvals are chosen for the markets you sell in.
Two ways to scope the project
Platform-based development
Start from an engineering platform we have already built and tested, and adapt the housing, colours, app and packaging to your brand. A shorter path to a first sample.
Best for · Brands that want to launch in months, not years
Fully custom development
Your industrial design or ours, new tooling, firmware tuned to your claims, and a private platform with API access and data ownership.
Best for · Brands building a differentiated product line
Buyers often ask
Have you built a camera feeder before?
Yes. We developed and shipped an AI-vision camera feeder for the pet-tech brand HHOLOVE, with pan-tilt view, night vision, bowl detection and remote treat dispensing.
Why embedded Linux and an NPU in a feeder?
Because recognition and tracking run on the device. A 1 TOPS NPU handles pet tracking and multi-pet recognition locally, and Linux gives room for the camera pipeline, the models and years of updates. A simple feeder does not need it; a camera feeder that tells pets apart does.
Can it tell my pets apart?
Yes. Multi-pet recognition identifies the individual animal at the bowl, so portions, schedules and records are kept per pet.
Can you make a feeder without a camera?
Yes. A feeder without a camera is cheaper to build and to run, since there is no video to stream or store.
Do you handle food-contact approvals?
We select materials and plan testing for your markets, and support the lab process. The approval is issued to the brand or to us, as you prefer.
How do you charge?
A development fee first, which depends on how much of design, firmware and app you bring; then tooling and production. Samples are paid.

Describe the product you want to sell.
The product, the countries you ship to and a price you need to hit — that is plenty for a first answer. One of our engineers replies within one business day.
